Our Holiday Gift sets are exempt from all discounts or rewards codes as they are a promotional item (already discounted).
Our 2024 Holiday Gift Sets can only be returned to us if they are;
- Unopened and unused
- Within 60 days of purchase
- Purchased in a Sculpted By Aimee store, website or app
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt/order number)
- Not in the below list of exclusions
The following items cannot be returned to us:
- Personalised or engraved items
- Free Gifts with purchase
- Opened or used items
- Purchased in other retailers i.e. Not a Sculpted By Aimee store, website or app
- Limited edition or exclusive items;

We expect to dispatch all engraved items by 1st November.
The engraving option is provided on a first-come first served basis while stocks last.
No changes or cancellations can be made to an engraving order once it has been placed, so it's important to make sure that you have entered the name correctly in the relevant field.
There is a 10 Character Limit on a personalised item.
No Emojis, special characters, or numbers can be used - if these are added, they will be removed. Please ensure you check this before you tick the box to confirm.
Discount codes (including rewards codes) cannot be used when purchasing an engraved item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for engraved items. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our returns policy here
